TOP 26 AFRICAN COUNTRIES WITH THE MOST BIRD SPECIES
Five countries, all of them in Eastern Africa, have the most bird species on the continent. Interestingly, three of them – Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda – are members of the East African Community (EAC), and the plant species king, the Democratic Republic of Congo, has indicated it wants to join the EAC. It would make the regional bloc an aviary power.
